Lose Stomach Fat With This 6 Minute Abs Workout

You can't really lose stomach fat by doing an "abs workout." But I'm sure you already knew that.

However, if you eat single ingredient, unprocessed foods and do weight based interval training, sprint intervals, etc., an abs workout like I have below will go a long way in helping to define your stomach after you lose the stomach fat.

I would do the following 6 minute abs workout as a finisher - meaning after your main workout.

In this abs workout, there are 6 exercises. Please perform each one for 30 seconds, and immediately go to the next exercise. You'll do 2 rounds of this abs workout, clock never stops.

The movements:

Plank Jack

Spiderman Plank

Mountain Scissors

Rock and Rock Plank

Diagonal Spiderman Plank

Diagonal Mountain Jumpers
